"Kim Hyun Joong Will Resign From Drama City Conquest"

SS501 boy band leader who was also a popular drama actor, Kim Hyun Joong will reportedly resign from drama City Conquest to focus on the concert.

Wednesday (6/2) representatives Hyun Joong's agency, Key East Entertainment stated, "We are in the process of withdrawal from the list of players Hyun Joong City Conquest," as reported by soompi.com.

"We are currently discussing with the production team to find the right time for Kim Hyun Joong to be out of the play. We are very sad that he had to get out because it was an opportunity for him to say hello to fans through a drama," said agency representatives. "We got put off the whole schedule for this drama. However due to schedule Hyun Joong in Japan too busy with concerts until March, Hyun Joong now chose to focus as a singer first," added Key East Entertainment


Drama City Conquest had begun during filming since last summer. In the play acts as Baek Hyun Joong Mir, a man fighting against the corrupt people who destroy families.
